These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dahlia mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using Dahlia, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To use Dahlia, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your profile information up to date.

Dahlia is a platform for building meaningful relationships. You agree to use the service respectfully and in accordance with our Community Guidelines.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
• Spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Creating fake or impersonated profiles
• Any illegal activities
• Child exploitation or content involving minors

You retain ownership of content you create on Dahlia. By posting content, you grant Dahlia a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time through the app or our Delete Account page.

Dahlia and its logos, design, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

Dahlia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dahlia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
