Data Access Request

You have the right to request access to the personal information Dahlia holds about you. This page explains how to submit a request and what to expect.

You may submit the following types of requests:

• Request a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Delete your personal data
• Export your personal data in a portable format

To protect your privacy, we verify your identity before processing requests. You may be asked to provide information that matches your account details or submit verification through the Dahlia app.

We aim to respond to all data access requests within 30 days. Complex requests may require additional time, in which case we will notify you.

To submit a request, email us with the following information:

• Full name
• Email address associated with your Dahlia account
• Phone number (if applicable)
• Type of request
• Any additional information to help us locate your data
